These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made for retreats at INEA•YOGA. By making a booking, you agree to the following terms. INEA•YOGA is a brand owned by Athina Tamaresi and Cedric Stein, and is legally represented by the business of Athina Tamaresi, located at Souliou 15, 49100 Corfu, AFM 140334372. The accommodation, facilities, and food for our retreats are provided by Mina Andriana & Co G.P., located at St. George (South), 49080 Corfu, Greece, AFM 802436235.

1. Booking and Payment

• A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your spot. The booking becomes binding once the deposit is transferred.
• The full retreat price is due, with the remaining balance payable at the start day of the retreat.
• All prices are in euros unless otherwise specified.
• Due to system errors, over-bookings can occur. In that case ineayoga holds the freedom to cancel or withdraw a booking. In that case, the deposit will be refunded.

2. Cancellation Policy

• The deposit is non-refundable.
• 30+ days before the retreat start date: You are entitled to a 70% refund of the total retreat price.
• Less than 30 days before the retreat start date: No refund is available, and any remaining balance is due.
• Trip Protection permits the Participant to cancel their booking up to forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled start date of the retreat.

In the event of such cancellation, the Participant may choose one of the following options:

1. Refund Option:

   A refund of seventy percent (70%) of the total retreat price will be issued. The Trip Protection fee is non-refundable and excluded from this refund.

2. Voucher Option:

   One hundred percent (100%) of the total retreat price (excluding the Trip Protection fee) will be retained by INEA•YOGA as a credit. This credit may be applied toward any INEA•YOGA retreat held in Corfu subject to availability, with a start date within eighteen (18) months from the original retreat start date.

If the Voucher Option is selected, the remaining balance of the original retreat price must be paid in full within fourteen (14) days of the cancellation date. The credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may be redeemed only once.

Trip Protection fee is €99 / Retreat, and €199 / Teacher Training, and is non-refundable under all circumstances.
