These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made for retreats at INEA•YOGA. By making a booking, you agree to the following terms. INEA•YOGA is a brand owned by Athina Tamaresi and Cedric Stein, and is legally represented by the business of Athina Tamaresi, located at Souliou 15, 49100 Corfu, AFM 140334372. The accommodation, facilities, and food for our retreats are provided by Mina Andriana & Co G.P., located at St. George (South), 49080 Corfu, Greece, AFM 802436235.

1. Booking and Payment

• A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your spot. The booking becomes binding once the deposit is transferred.
• The full retreat price is due, with the remaining balance payable at the start day of the retreat.
• All prices are in euros unless otherwise specified.
• Due to system errors, over-bookings can occur. In that case ineayoga holds the freedom to cancel or withdraw a booking. The deposit will be refunded.

2. Cancellation Policy

• The deposit is non-refundable.

• 30+ days before the retreat start date: You are entitled to a 70% refund of the total retreat price

• Less than 30 days before the retreat start date: No refund is available, and any remaining balance is due.

• Trip Protection: Trip Protection allows you to cancel up to 48 hours before the retreat start date and receive a 70% refund of the overall retreat price (excluding the Trip Protection fee, which is non-refundable). Alternatively, you can save 100% of your retreat payment by opting for a voucher. The full remaining retreat balance is due within 2 weeks of cancellation, and will be held for you, redeemable against any INEA•YOGA retreat in Corfu starting in the following 18 months, allowing you to join us at a later time.

  Trip Protection fee is 99€ for retreat bookings, 199€ for Teacher Training bookings, and is non-refundable.

3. Room Allocation

• Single Room: A private studio with a private bedroom and private bathroom, perfect for those seeking complete privacy and solitude.
• Twin Share: A shared room where you will share both the bedroom and bathroom with another guest of the same sex, offering a more budget-friendly option while still maintaining comfort.
• Private Bedroom in a Shared Apartment: A separate bedroom within a shared apartment, where the bathroom is shared among a maximum of 3 people, providing a balance between privacy and communal living.
• Room preferences will be accommodated based on availability but cannot be guaranteed.
• We reserve the right to reallocate rooms as needed to ensure the smooth running of the retreat.
